you mean the dodgy little application that comes with winblows?
don't use it
i use either photoshop cs2 or the gimpshop for almost everything art related
sometimes i use imageready or illustrator too

You're right, Paint is crap. I used to use it, several years ago to do patterns with circles, but thats all. I only use it now to edit something for a laugh. I.E. Edit something to make it green, like a photo of Barrie as he hates green so much... And thats not very often.
