someone becoming feral once a month for a few days.... well i've not seen any evidence for or against it. it is possible i guess. i'm keeping my mind open on this one

Yup, I agree with that. It's possible that there may be some kind of illness or mental/psychological condition. If there is, it must be pretty rare.

I must say no too, but the thought of them are cool!
