contacting them for th emost part is easy
they're usually around somewhere, no trances, astral projection or anything... you just have to look carefully and listen properly

as for possibly suffering schizophrenia..
i'm open to that possiblity but as i keep questioning my own sanity as well as other things that aren't signs of it i can't see that being the case

I wouldnt mind being a ghost...except it's probably forever, and you are trapped on this planet forever. I'd hate that. But it would be good to be a ghost for a while

being a ghost would be cool, could haunt the people you hate
my Aunt and Uncle have seen ghosts so thats why i think they could be real but i gotta see it to believe it
